Stourport Boat Club is run and managed exclusively by volunteers. Our committee supports affordable membership as a priority, therefore we rely heavily on local sponsorship.
Over the years, we have benefitted from sponsorship from local businesses, family and friends. We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities:
Annual Regatta Sponsorship
Enjoy a day by the river with your family, friends or business colleagues during our Annual Regatta in August. Regatta Sponsors are served with refreshments and have the benefit of a prominent view of the finishing line!
Regatta Event Sponsorship
Extremely popular over the years, put your name in the Regatta Programme adjacent to the event of your choice and also over the public address system whilst the event is in progress. Eights tend to be a premier event with some high status crews competing; whereas smaller boat events have more entries and heats.
Regatta Programme Advertising
An opportunity to get your message in front of the crowds by taking out an advertisement In the Regatta Programme. This ranges from 1/8 page to a full page.
Regatta Patron
An opportunity for individuals to support the Regattas with an amount of their choice. Names of Patrons will be printed in the Regatta Programme.
Field Space
Sell, promote or exhibit at the Regatta with your own pitch on the main field where the crowds gather to watch the racing.

Explore Rowing Sponsorship
Community-based sports initiatives are growing in response to the Department of Health’s current drive to get the nation fitter and healthier. Many organisations are doing their bit to support employees and local communities to get more active. One way of doing this is to support local projects that deliver sport in a novel and fun way such that a much wider range of people can get involved.
