Masters
Stourport Boat Club has an extremely strong Masters’ squad, with members who consistently produce highly competitive results.
It’s a popular and dynamic group winning top events. The squad rows or trains three or four times a week in eights, fours, and mixed sculling crews and competes in local and national events.
The squad contains rowers of a very high calibre as well as more recreational rowers and welcomes new rowers and scullers who are interested either in training and racing, or who just want to enjoy the exercise and the pleasure of rowing on the Severn.
In addition to regular training sessions there are also frequent social meetings.
The squad has novices who have been through our Learn to Row programme, as well as very experienced oarsmen who’ve been competing for many years.
Age ranges from late thirties to eighties!
